Straight-Forward
We aim to be extremely easy to work with! Researching venues can be a serious chore… There are so many options and oftentimes important details aren’t mentioned right away. At 50 West, what you see is what you get! We list our (very minimal) additional fees on our website so there are no bad surprises.

Flexible
With the exception of alcohol, we are completely open vendor. We want to help you create an event that’s as unique as you are! Our preferred vendor list exists for you to know who we’ve had great experiences with in the past.
Hourly Rates

3 hour minimum
Weekday: $600/hr
Friday: $800/hr
Saturday: $1,120/hr

Weekday: $200/hr
Friday: $240/hr

Catering and Alcohol

Our restaurant, Smoke & Fire, can cater just about any style of food you’d like and at a very competitive price! Past guests have appreciated having the kitchen so close because the food is HOT and last minute fixes are easier. Appointments can be made to taste the desired menu.

Our TABC certified bartenders can provide everything from just beer and wine to a full bar with specialty cocktails! Options range from drink tickets to open bar- we’ll work with you to find the best option for your both your vision and your budget. Our bartending cost is $300/bartender for 3 hours + 20% gratuity.

While you are able to bring in whatever catering provider you desire, we do charge a $250 outside catering fee for Mural Building rentals and a $500 outside catering fee for Inland Port rentals.

While you are able to bring in outside vendors for alcohol in Mural Building rentals, we do charge a $250 outside alcohol fee.
No outside alcohol is permitted at Inland Port or the Courtyard.
