We aim to make not only the day of your event easy and memorable, but all the days leading up to it as well. Take a look at the inclusions we offer below if you would like to just check a box and let us do all the heavy lifting!

Pick and choose! Only select and pay for the services you want us to handle. With the exception of alcohol, we remain completely open vendor. A 4% coordination fee will be applied to linen and cake services.

Catering

    • 2 Meat plates: $16/plate. 100 or more people $15/plate.

    • 3 Meat plates: $21/plate (available for parties for 100 or more)

    • Meat options: Brisket, sausage, grilled chicken, pulled pork, steak (additional charge), ribs (additional charge)

    • Two sides included. Choice of: mashed potatoes, green beans, corn, mixed vegetables, mac & cheese, cowboy beans, coleslaw, house salad, or baked potatoes.

    • Basic Fajitas package includes chicken and beef fajitas, grilled peppers & onions, rice & beans, green & red salsa, and choice of corn and/or flour tortillas. $17/plate or $16/plate if more than 100 people.

    • Deluxe Fajitas package includes chicken and beef fajitas, grilled peppers & onions, rice & beans, green & red salsa, choice of corn and/or flour tortillas, chips, guacamole, pico de gallo, sour cream, and shredded cheese. $18/plate or $17/plate if more than 100 people.

    • Upgrade to include shrimp only available for parties of 100 or more with the deluxe package. $21/plate.

    • Choice of Chicken Alfredo or Spaghetti and Meatballs

    • Choice of Mashed potatoes or Garden Salad

    • Choice of Garlic Bread or Rolls

    • $12.50/plate or $11.50/plate if more than 100 people

  • Salmon plates, or chicken fried steak, and chicken fried chicken are also available! Reach out for pricing.

  • Tea, Sweet Tea and Lemonade: $3.25/person.

    Includes ice and plastic cups.

    Beverages can only be purchased as an add-on to catering.

Food Service

    • $250 for 50-100 people

    • $375 for 100 + people

    • $375 for 50-100 people

    • $450 for 100 + people

  • Client picks up the food from caterer- FREE

    Caterer drops off food, but does not serve it. Includes the use of chafing dishes, sternos, and utensils- $50

  • Cake cutting services and clean up services are available upon request. Reach out for pricing.

Drink Packages

    • Beer + Wells + Wine: $6/ticket

    • Beer + Wells + Wine + Cocktails: $9/ticket. Select up to 5 of our cocktails.

    $75/bartender/hour. One bartender required per 100 guests. $75/hr security guard required for all hours during and after alcohol is served.

    • Beer + Wine + Wells: $40/person

    • Beer + Wine + Wells + Cocktails: $55/person. Select up to 5 of our cocktails.

    $75/bartender/hour. One bartender required per 100 guests. $75/hr security guard required for all hours during and after alcohol is served.

  • Guests pay for their own drinks. Only the bartender and security guard fees are required.

    $75/bartender/hour. One bartender required per 100 guests. $75/hr security guard required for all hours during and after alcohol is served.

  • Bring your own beer/wine/spirits and one of our TABC certified bartenders will serve. $200 for the first 3 hours and $75/hr after that.

    For an additional $100, glassware and garnishes provided.

Cake

    • 2 Level Cake, serves 51: $294

    • 3 Level Cake, serves 137: $790

    • Faux Cake, serves 2: $135

    • 2 Tier Cake (1 real, 1 faux) serves 51: $294

  • Fill in the gaps for any additional guests your main cake won’t feed.

    • Sheet cake, serves 48: $228

Set Up Day

  • Alleviate stress the day of your event and come in for 4 hours the day before your event to set up and decorate! $400. Subject to availability.

Sound and Light Equipment

  • $300 equipment rental fee + $30/hr technician fee.

    Stage, sound and light equipment will be set up and ready to “plug and play.”

    Outdoor music can be played until 12am. Indoor music can be played as late as you want!

Linens

  • Black linens are included for free in all of our full-day rentals. We have 20 rounds and 6 rectangular linens available.

    Inquire for pricing on other colors or additional black linens.

Dinnerware

  • Disposable dinnerware is included with all catering packages (plates, napkins, silverware). Plastic cups not included unless the beverage add-on is also selected.

  • Glass cups, plates, and silverware for $2/person.

Photography Day

  • Rentals of the venue before or after the event for photography are included for free if you allow us access to use the photos on our website, social media pages, and advertising.

Rehearsal Package

  • $400

    We want to make your wedding day easy. The add-on includes: access to Inland Port for 3 hours the evening prior to your event day to rehearse and start decorating, access to the Mural Building for 3 hours the evening prior to your event for a rehearsal dinner, and access to the Mural Building the day of your event for use as a bridal/grooms suite, or however else is needed.

Popcorn & Snow Cones

  • $20/hr + $2/person

    Pricing includes all ingredients needed and staff member to make and serve all concessions.

Additional Hours

  • All rentals are for 13 hours. Additional hours can be purchased for $150/hr.
