If possible, come with your estimated budget and guest count in mind. We have two very different venues with different occupancies and price points on site. We’d love to show you both of them, but will focus our attention on the one we think will be the best fit for your event!
If possible, bring everyone to the tour who would like to see the venue in person before you would feel comfortable signing a contract.
Don’t stress! Just about everything we talk about on a tour is spelled out on our website. Take a good look at our website ahead of time so that you can focus more on the view and less on gathering details. It can help to make a list of questions ahead of time as well. And of course, if you think of anything else after you’re gone, you’re welcome to call or email your questions and we’ll get back to you quickly.
We recommend you plug 100 W McCart St. Krum, TX 76249 into your map. Feel free to park either in our concrete parking lot next to Inland Port, or the asphalt city parking lot next to the mural building. Both are free!
If you need to cancel or reschedule your tour, please give us 24 hours notice. We will call you the morning of your tour to confirm. At that time, we will give you the phone number of our team member giving tours that day for you to call when you arrive on site. Someone from our team will come to meet you and start your tour!
Finally, we want to give you time to discuss the tour with each other without any pressure. For this reason, we don’t write contracts or take deposits onsite at tours. If 50 West is the right venue for your event, contracts and deposits will be handled following your visit via email.
